Megan Fox hits back at mum-shamers on Instagram: 'I forgot'

Megan Fox has hit out a troll on Instagram who mum-shamed her for not constantly being pictured with her children.

The 36-year-old took to Instagram to share a series of selfies with the caption reading, "Pick me energy."

Among the thousands of comments was one that read: "Where your kids at?"

The actress then hit back at the troll for their mum-shaming comment, sarcastically writing, "Wait wait wait. I … have kids?!? Oh my god I knew I forgot something! Quick, someone call the valet at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

"That’s the last place I remember seeing them. Maybe someone turned them into lost and found."

Megan has three children, Noah, 10, Bodhi, eight, and Journey, six, who she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.

The star has previously opened up about having to defend herself from mum-shamers, telling InStyle last year that she is often questioned about where her kids are whenever she's seen without them, especially if she's with her new fiancé Machine Gun Kelly.

"Do you ask their dad [where are your kids] when he’s out?" she said. "No, because you don’t expect a dad to be with the kids all the time, but I’m supposed to not be seen and be at home with my kids."

She has also shared how difficult it is to be apart from her kids for long periods of time, telling Glamour UK, "It is hard, because I travel for long periods of time and they have to attend school, which is what it is."

"I wish I could take them out to travel with me, it would make things a lot easier."

Megan added that being away from her kids often leaves her breaking down in tears.

"I get in the bath and cry a lot about it because it is hard and not because of pressures that anybody else or society puts on you, but it is just hard being separated from them in that way," she said. "They are my DNA."
