Meet ‘Housewife With No Chores’ Bettina Anderson, Don Jr.’s New Girlfriend

It’s out with the old and in with the new as Donald Trump Jr. steps out with Palm Beach socialite and model Bettina Anderson while his ex-fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle packs her bags for Greece.

The president-elect’s son has been repeatedly pictured alongside Anderson in recent months and the pair was caught locking lips in August, fueling speculation about a rumored romance while Don Jr. was still believed to be engaged.

On Wednesday, however, the Daily Mail reported that Don Jr.‘s two-year-long engagement was “over.” According to a source familiar with the Trump family, the couple was allegedly waiting until Donald Trump’s inauguration to make a public statement.

Guilfoyle, who was once married to California Gov. Gavin Newsom, was tapped to be the ambassador to Greece by her would-be father-in-law on Dec. 10. Just hours before the appointment announcement, new photos were published of Don Jr. and Anderson cozied up celebrating her birthday.

Anderson is the youngest of six children. She is the daughter of the late Harry Loy Anderson Jr., a business tycoon whose ascent began when he became president of Worth Avenue National Bank at 26-years-old. Her mother, Inger, lives in a $11.5 million Palm Beach estate and is reportedly a philanthropist.

The 38-year-old model, social media influencer, and self proclaimed “environmentalist” is an alumna of Columbia University where she studied art history, criticism and conservation.

Her philanthropic pursuits include involvement in organizations including The Everglades Foundation, The Society of the Four Arts, and the Project Paradise Film Fund.

In 2005, she co-founded Project Paradise (aka The Paradise Fund) with her two brothers. The non profit is dedicated to “protecting Florida’s environment and telling Florida’s stories through the arts.”

According to the fund’s website, Anderson is “passionate about protecting Florida wildlife and preserving the natural treasures that make Florida such a unique and beautiful place to live.”

Meanwhile, Don Jr. faces multiple allegations of illegal hunting. He killed an endangered species of sheep during a hunting trip in Mongolia.

While she and the president-elect’s son have yet to be photographed in an official capacity, the two have exchanged seemingly flirtatious messages, dating back to March, in the comments of her curated Instagram posts.

The online exchanges appear to corroborate one source’s claim to Page Six that she and Don Jr. have “been together for a few months and are super cute and happy together.”

Anderson, who has a following of more than 42,000, often shares glamorous photos of herself on the app. Many of the posts are from ad-campaigns from her modeling endeavors or social events with fellow uber-wealthy women, including Lauren Sanchez, the fiancé of Jeff Bezos.

Despite her primary digital presence being apolitical, archived Instagram Stories place Anderson at various GOP aligned events in 2023, namely Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis presidential candidacy announcement party.

She was also invited to the 2024 Republican National Convention where she sat directly behind Don Jr. and Guilfoyle.

Anderson describes her personal brand, per her Instagram bio, as “I’m just your typical stay at home mom… only I don’t do household chores… or have a husband… or have kids..”

Don Jr. is a father of five from his marriage to ex-wife Vanessa Trump. The couple wed in 2005, two years after they first met. However, in 2012, their relationship was marred by allegations that Don Jr. had an affair with former Celebrity Apprentice contestant Aubrey O’Day. Vanessa rumored to have uncovered the tryst after finding “sexy” text messages between the pair. Ultimately, she and Don Jr. divorced in 2018.

Vanessa and Anderson often engage with each other on social media, leaving positive comments. The two women are said to be friends, and sat next to one another at the RNC.

While Anderson now appears off the market, the Palm Beach “it girl” has been one of the Florida enclave’s most eligible bachelorettes for years. She was linked to Ken Griffin, the CEO of Citadel, who is worth an estimated $46.8 billion. But, her last confirmed relationship was with William “Beau” Wrigley Jr., the heir to the Wrigley gum fortune, in 2017. Wrigley, who is worth an estimated $3.4 billion, is more than two decades Anderson’s senior.

Two years later, she was named as the top bachelorette by The Palm Beacher. In the article, she likened herself to supermodel Heidi Klum. Anderson received a similar title in 2023 when she was profiled as a top Palm Beach single alongside Sylvester Stallone’s daughter Scarlet in Avenue Magazine.
