McDonald's Fans Express Disappointment Over New Menu Items
McDonald's new fall menu items are turning fans in the U.S. green with envy.
Earlier this week, the U.K. food blogger known online as Big Daddy B offered a first look at the fan-favorite burger joint's upcoming seasonal menu items, launching in just a few weeks.
In a post shared across several social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, the fast food influencer revealed that on or around Wednesday, Oct. 16, customers will be treated to several new sweet and savory additions—but only if they're visiting a participating location over the pond.
Some of the new items said to be headed to the international McDonald's stores next month include domestic favorites like the McRib (which is currently "out of season" here in the U.S. but is supposed to return later this year), the Deluxe McCrispy chicken sandwich, the M&M's McFlurry with special packaging for Halloween in the UK.

Obviously, the overseas release of tried-and-true American favorites is not what has stateside customers raging with jealousy, it's the exclusives.
Headed to Golden Arches in the U.K. is a Double Big Mac and a Bacon Double Big Mac, both of which appear to include all the same ingredients as the sandwich it offers here, just with two burgers instead of one. Also coming to the U.K. are Hash Brown Bites, Smokey Caramelised Onion Bites, Galaxy Caramel McFlurry and Toffee Apple Pie. Two new drinks, Toasted Marshmallow Latte and Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate, will also reportedly be released.
"UK McDonald’s gets way better menu selection than the U.S.," one disgruntled Instagram user wrote.
"I can already tell by the packing this ain't for the US 😭," someone else admitted in part.
"Let me guess," a third lamented, "not in the US."
Another U.S. customer joked, "We won't get squat," before a different user quipped, "Time to move to the UK."
Overseas McDonald's menus may be notorious for unique innovation, but the corporate chain appears to be bringing some of that same energy stateside. The Golden Arches recently confirmed the release of one of its most popular international menu items here in the U.S., a limited-time fall pie flavor and even a new Crocs-inspired Happy Meal toy,
