Martina visited Los Angeles plastic surgeons Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow asking for a matching butt to ‘balance’ her look.

She’s boosted her boobs to this enormous size by using special sac-like implants that can be pumped up with saline injections. She has two valves permanently under her arms, something the surgeons say is very dangerous.

We can’t even imagine how you would walk with boobs that weigh roughly 4kgs EACH.

She trialled the actual implants by tucking them into her tights but when she sat down, one immediately burst and started leaking.

So she conceded she’d need to go for something less 'extreme'.

This isn’t the first time Martina has made headlines. She’s previously used tanning injections to darken her complexion, which shocked the public.

Sometimes big is just bad, really, really bad.
