Martha Stewart Recalls Having 'So Much Fun' with Snoop Dogg During Paris Summer Olympics: 'We Created Quite a Stir'
"It was so much fun," Stewart tells PEOPLE.
Martha Stewart's friendship with Snoop Dogg is the source of lots of laughs.
Speaking with PEOPLE about the pair's latest partnership with BIC — phone cases that keep BIC EZ Reach lighters on the back — Stewart, 83, recalled the fun they had together this summer.
"Snoop and I, when we were in Paris, we hung out with everybody from NBC. It was a very fun. I was only there for around six or seven days, but Snoop was there for almost a whole month doing his reporting for NBC. It was so much fun," she says.
"We went to Versailles together. We reported on dressage. We got dressed up in our dressage outfits and we created quite a stir. I mean, I have not seen one person since I returned from Paris that has not mentioned my appearance at the Olympics. Not one, and it's very funny."

Stewart didn't only enjoy being somewhere beautiful with a dear friend — she also helped him face a major fear.
"Being at Versailles was the perfect setting for all the equestrian events. Versaille was in the background with this big stadium in front. The horses were doing their fabulous performances and there we are, sitting there and watching it. It was very pleasant, and we interviewed all the riders, so that was great."
"Getting Snoop to actually touch a horse — he's been deadly afraid of horses his whole life — and he actually got to love it," she says. "I offered him a stall in my barn and so if he finds a horse that he likes, he can put the horse in my barn and we'll take care of it for him."
Both Stewart and Snoop have come out with a new BIC accessory to celebrate their partnership. The new limited-edition "Hold the Phone" cases provide somewhere to keep your BIC EZ Reach lighter handy.
"My case is a blue that matches the beautiful blue button label that I have on every lighter. Snoops is mauvier, more of a lavender, which melds very nicely with his moody handles on his lighters," says Stewart.
The pair will star in BIC commercials in early January that Stewart calls "very fun and groundbreaking and cleverly written."
The phone cases with two lighters ($50) go on sale on BIC.com on Friday, Oct. 4.
