Married at First Sight Australia star Tahnee Cook has revealed the one part of the experiment that she found "really stressful".

The reality TV star, who was matched with groom and current partner Ollie Skelton on the show, made the revelation on her podcast Chuffed.

Tahnee was joined by fellow MAFS bride Melinda Willis on her latest podcast episode, who were discussing how they handle public conflict and confrontation.

"I think my style was more to pull people away," Tahnee reflected, with Melinda quickly adding: "You're on the wrong show, honey".

"I'm not like at you at the dinner table, 'cause I can't with that," Tahnee continued. "That's really stressful for me.

"So my approach is to never call people out in a public setting."

The Married at First Sight dinner party episodes are notorious for their drama, with arguments often breaking out between MAFS couples and fellow bride and grooms.

Last season's dinner parties included a cheating scandal involving Claire, Jesse and Adam, a boys' night butt-dial overheard by Evelyn, and Harrison and Bronte repeatedly ending and rekindling their relationship.

In contrast, Tahnee and Ollie were one couple who preferred to stay out of the drama.

Ollie previously admitted that he and his partner had less screen time compared to other couples because he "was drunk the whole time".

"A lot of people say, 'Hey, Tahnee and Ollie, you weren’t in the show'," began the caption of a TikTok video shared by the star in May.

"We actually were. I just didn’t get any screen time because I was drunk the whole time," he continued. "Look at it here. Adam and Harrison talking shit, I’m blind. Can barely get a sentence out. Help me."

Tahnee and Ollie are still going strong after the show, with Ollie relocating to Sydney shortly after the season aired to be with his MAFS bride.
