Gentle reminder to all you love birds out there that Valentine's Day is just around the corner. (Fifteen days if we really want to get specific.) But don't worry. You've still got time to make plans. This year, rather than doing the same old flowers and chocolates, why not go a little bigger, a little grander, and a whole lot more pickle-centric?

On Tuesday, Grillo's Pickles announced the return of its Grillo’s Pickles Pickle Bouquet, a do-it-yourself kit that allows you to create an unforgettable edible arrangement.

"The perfect mix of playful and delicious, this V-Day bouquet is a fun twist on traditional flowers," Grillo's shared in a statement provided to Food & Wine. Each DIY kit includes a coupon for a jar of Grillo’s pickles so you can go snag some from your local grocery store, along with a foam base, tissue paper, a bit of floral filler, a custom "pickle vase," skewers, and a personalized card for you to fill in with a message for that special someone. As the company noted, you can also "spice it up with optional extras like fresh dill, cherry tomatoes, or mozzarella balls."

If you know your sweetheart would be into something like this, then you better act fast, as the kit is only available in limited quantities and for a limited time. You can order it now at Grillos.com for $35 per bouquet (plus shipping). You could even shop around on its merch section for something extra, like a T-shirt, hat, or a snazzy little scarf that will let everyone know how much you and your partner love pickles (clearly, a lot if you've read this far).

But if you need something more to go with this pickle bouquet for Valentine's Day, we've got you covered. Food & Wine has an extensive library of ultra-romantic meals, including this roundup of 18 recipes for Valentine's Day dinner that will surely impress, including recipes for lobster thermidor, Moroccan-style lamb shanks, and Venetian shrimp with polenta. And nothing says "I love you" quite like a pickle bouquet, a pickle-filled meal, and a pickle juice martini, am I right?
