Pilates is taking over TikTok. It seems like everyone is sharing the strength-building benefits of both mat Pilates and reformer Pilates (you know, the classes with the scary-looking machines?). Additionally, each LIT Axis comes with three free months of the LIT Training app with live and on-demand classes. After the trial, membership is $9.99 per month or $79 per year.
