Leighton Meester and Kelly Rutherford Have ‘Gossip Girl’ Reunion at Elie Saab’s Paris Fashion Show

“Gossip Girl” stars Leighton Meester and Kelly Rutherford reunited at Elie Saab’s fall 2025 fashion show in Paris on Saturday. Both actresses sat front row alongside singer Sofia Carson.

Meester and Rutherford wore designs from the Lebanese label’s pre-fall collection. The former selected a green floral shift, while the latter sparkled in a caped sheer dress embellished with rose gold sequins.

Meester added on black slingbacks and a matching top handle purse, completing her look with a diamond necklace and gold hoops. She was dressed by stylist Ilaria Urbinati, who also counts Barry Keoghan and Chris Evans as clients.

Rutherford, meanwhile, accessorized with ivory round-toe pumps, wearing her blond tresses in a sleek lob. She was accompanied by her son Hermès Giersch, who she shares with ex-husband, businessman Daniel Giersch.

Meester starred as preppy queen bee Blair Waldorf in The CW’s hit teen drama “Gossip Girl,” which ran from 2007 to 2012. Rutherford appeared in a supporting role as the mother of Blake Lively’s Serena, Lily van der Woodsen.

Per WWD’s Rhonda Richford, Saab’s latest collection incorporated styles meant for the slopes.

“The Lebanese designer leaned heavily on ski codes, reinterpreting the technical wear as slim-fit trousers, high-necked ribbed bibs, zipped jumpsuits and form-fitting jackets,” Richford wrote. “He went big on outerwear: a sleeveless faux fur stole grazed the ground and offered exterior pockets, layering the coziness on extra thick.”

Saab, who referred to the collection’s aesthetic as “sports luxe,” tapped French fashion editor Carine Roitfeld to style his latest fashion show.
