Lainey Wilson Is 'Looking Like a Hot Wheel' in Fiery Outfit While Revealing New Collab

Lainey Wilson had an exciting update to share with her followers this week—and it's safe to say fans are already feeling "fired up" over the new announcement.

The "Heart Like a Truck" songstress took to Instagram on Friday, Sept. 27 to announce that her collaboration with the legendary country duo Brooks & Dunn is officially out now.

Wilson, who is featured on a reimagined version of the group's "Play Something Country," not only left fans excited to check out the song but also sent her followers into a frenzy with the outfit she was wearing in the announcement post.

As seen in the photo and video footage posted on Friday, the 32-year-old musician was wearing one of her signature country-style 'fits that happened to be covered in a bright red and orange flame pattern.

Rocking a button-down shirt and her usual bootcut pants, Wilson was literally on fire as she posed next to Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn for red-hot photos.

Naturally, fans in the comments had their fair share of hot takes on Wilson's fit, including one person who said the country songstress was "looking like a Hot Wheel 🏎️."

"i NEED to know where the outfit’s from !!" someone else commented, while another fan said the look was getting them "fired up" to hear the new single.

But Wilson couldn't get away with wearing the fiery outfit without a few jokes from fans, including one commenter who said she "looks like she’s ready to host an episode of Guy Fieri's grocery games."

"I love Laney [sic] but this outfit is giving Ricky from trailer park boys 🤣," another quipped.

Even Wilson seemed to be poking fun at her own outfit in the video, while joking in one of the clips that she got her clothes out of "a kid's closet."

"She blew through the door like TNT…" the group very aptly captioned their Instagram post on Friday, while happily revealing, "Play Something Country” is out now!"
