Kylie Jenner on 'The Simpsons'

Kylie Jenner is heading to Springfield as the latest celebrity set to appear in the famed animated series.

The Kardashians star, 26, will play herself in The Simpsons’ "Treehouse of Horror" Halloween special, though her guest appearance will involve a special twist.

In a sneak peek of the episode shared by Variety, Jenner is dressed a black robe with a pyramid and USB drive design. Fashioned with slicked back hair, diamond earrings and a smokey eye, she  instructs Marge Simpson as she prepares to rescue her son Bart who’s been turned into an NFT.

“This key is a backdoor through the blockchains cryptographic protocol,” the reality star says before pulling Marge in for a selfie. “Once you're inside, find Bart and use it to get both of you out.”

In an interview with TVInsider, episode writer Brian Kelley teased of the reality star's Nov. 5 appearance: "Longtime Kylie fans won’t be surprised to find out that she plays a secret member of a covert force of enlightened techno-geniuses who keep the digital universe safe for us mere mortals to use. Who else could she be?”

Jenner's Halloween episode isn't the only Simpsons-celebrity crossover headed to fans' television screens. This Sunday’s episode of The Simpsons will also feature a star-studded cast.

Mr. Burns (Harry Shearer) will fall head over heels for Peresphone (Elizabeth Banks) – a college dropout turned CEO – whose character is reminiscent of Elizabeth Holmes, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur who was convicted of fraud.

Per Entertainment Weekly, Mr. Burns adopts the "fake it until you make it” motto and agrees to fund Peresphone’s “highly-dubious” dream project.

Alongside Banks, Ken Burns will return to the show as well as Kara Swisher and Andrew Ross Sorkin who will appear as themselves. Peter Jackson, Christiane Amanpour and Peter Coyote will also be featured in the episode.
