'So disrespectful': Kylie Jenner slammed for 'outshining' Hailey Bieber at her own wedding

Kylie Jenner, 22, is being accused of stealing the spotlight from new bride Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin) at her wedding to Justin Bieber over the weekend by donning what many are calling an ‘inappropriate’ dress.

After sharing snaps of her elaborate, skin-baring gold gown on her Instagram, the mum-of-one came under fire for attempting to ‘outshine’ the ‘Sorry’ singer’s lady love on her big day.

For the couple’s lavish second nuptials, the reality TV star-turned-billionaire-beauty mogul stepped out in a one-shoulder gown with a plunging keyhole neckline and a thigh-high slit, leading one fan to remark, “she looks fancier than the bride!”

Kylie ‘fancier’ than bride

While Kylie’s daring look - which is rumoured to be a vintage piece from Australian designer J’Aton Couture - did receive praise from some of her 147 million followers, many more slammed the star for her ‘disrespectful’ wardrobe choice.

“If someone showed up to my wedding dressed like that I’d be raging,” one user wrote.

“She looks fancier than the bride!”, “If Kylie came to my wedding like this she’s getting escorted out,” and “Who goes to a wedding like this? So disrespectful,” added others.

Other commenters compared Kylie’s gilded gown - which she paired with a glittery butterfly-shaped clutch bag by her go-to designer Judith Leiber - with everything from Ferrero Rocher wrapper to “tin foil” and a “$60,000 baked potato”.

“She looks like she’s wearing my crumpled gum wrapper,” joked one.

However, some of Kylie’s followers were big fans of the look, complementing Kylie for the sexy outfit, saying “wow wow”, “so beautiful” and “worth more than gold”.

Hailey and Justin’s wild wedding

Despite saying ‘I do’ in a secret civil ceremony in New York City a year ago, Justin and Hailey tied the knot again in a big-budget weekend-long extravaganza at the 5-star Montage Palmetto Bluff hotel in South Carolina.

While the 25-year-old singer and 22-year-old model have kept details of their 154 person ceremony and reception under wraps thus far, Justin was captured on camera apparently ‘humping’ his bride on a speed boat en route to their rehearsal dinner.

After the ‘chic and classy’ ceremony the next day, A-list guests including Kylie, her sister Kendall Jenner and Justin’s manager Scooter Braun danced the night away and sipped on blinged-up bottles of Moet champagne at the reception.

They were also treated to goodie bags containing clothing from Justin’s line, House Of Drew, and reportedly flew in on private jets.

Have Kylie and Travis Scott split?

While her pals Justin and Hailey have had a happy ending, it appears that Kylie Jenner and her partner Travis Scott, 28, may have split.

Rapper Travis was thought to have attended the Bieber wedding with the mother of his child, Stormi Webster, but has been noticeably absent from all photos including Kylie’s.

And now TMZ is reporting that the pair have called it quits after dating for two years.

Less than a week ago, the youngest member of the Kar-Jenner clan was rushed to hospital due to “flu-like symptoms” and forced to miss Paris Fashion Week.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder took to social media after her health scare, writing that her “body was really pulling the f-ck through these days”.
