Krispy Kreme Will Be Handing Out Free Doughnuts and ‘I Voted’ Stickers on Election Day
Krispy Kreme is celebrating “doughmocracy”
Krispy Kreme is giving voters a sweet incentive this Election Day.
The doughnut company and coffeehouse chain is celebrating “doughmocracy” once again for the 2024 presidential election at participating United States stores.
No matter who you choose to vote into the Oval Office — Vice President Kamala Harris or former President Donald Trump — on Tuesday, Nov. 5, “guests can receive one free Original Glazed Doughnut, no purchase necessary,” the company says.

Krispy Kreme will also be giving out “I voted” stickers at physical locations, while supplies last — even if you have already voted early but want to show off a fresh sticker of proof along with a fresh doughnut. The limit is one per guest.

“Participating in our democracy should be celebrated! So, we’re happy to sweeten everyone’s day with free Original Glazed doughnuts on Election Day,” Dave Skena, global chief brand officer for Krispy Kreme, said in a statement.
In 47 states plus the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, voters can cast their votes early and in person, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Though Alabama, Mississippi and New Hampshire do not offer early in-person voting, options to send in absentee ballots might still be available.
Krispy Kreme has participated in political giveaways in past years, most recently in March for Super Tuesday — when 16 states hosted their presidential primaries. The nationwide deal was known as Krispy Kreme’s Super Twosday and allowed for customers to pick up on two original glazed doughnuts, no purchase necessary.
For those who can't wait a full week for the chain’s Election Day deal, Krispy Kreme has another sweet treat just in time for Halloween. On Thursday, Oct. 31, costumed customers can sink their fangs into a free Original Glazed doughnut at Krispy Kreme, again, no purchase required.

Burger King is also happy to share their new Addams Family menu, which runs through Nov. 10.
Chipotle is getting into the spooky spirit with their $6 “Boorito” deal, and similar perks can also be found at Pizza Hut, Raising Cane’s, Sonic and Wendy’s, while supplies last.
