Kim Kardashian Rocks High Heels in New Photo Despite Recently Breaking Her Foot

Kim Kardashian isn't letting an unfortunate injury turn into a fashion obstacle.

Days after fans complained about her sold-out SKIMS collab with The North Face, the reality TV star made a head-turning appearance at her new store in New York City. And once again, her style was centerstage—but not for the reasons some fans may think.

On Thursday, the 44-year-old was photographed arriving at the opening of her new flagship SKIMS store located on NYC's famed Fifth Avenue wearing a plunging off-white leather corset set completed by a pair of chic, curve-hugging trousers and a matching clutch.

Unexpectedly, Kardashian rocked a pair of heels despite needing a mobility aid to get around while she still nurses her broken foot.

Heels on a scooter may not be recommended, but it was certainly a move—and it appeared to work well for her in photos first obtained by the Daily Mail and a video initially published by TMZ during the late evening hours on Dec. 12.

In a video shared via Instagram Story, the SKKN By Kim founder posed without her mobility aid, standing with full weight on both feet, suggesting the fracture must be almost healed. She also posed with Cardi B while pushing herself around on the scooter in a photo that has since been re-posted online by several fan accounts.

The Kardashians star has not revealed how exactly she injured herself but has updated fans with the occasional snap of her foot in a real, orthopedic boot–ensuring it heals properly.
