Khloe Kardashian's 'real face' concerns fans: 'Who even is this?'

Khloe Kardashian has left social media users stunned after a Reddit user shared a screengrab from a recent episode of The Kardashians, where she looks very different to her Instagram posts.

"From the latest episode… she looks so puffy and different," they wrote. "Her face change was the craziest to me."

The reality star, 39, certainly looks quite different makeup-free, with one user writing, "OMG they forgot to apply the filters there."

"She’s overfilled and inflamed. She needs to get it all dissolved and just rock her natural face for a bit. Learn to love yourself girl you weren’t ugly…" another said.

"Who even is this?" a third shocked fan asked, while some described the look as 'terrifying'.

"Scary. She looked better with her original face compared with this," someone else added.

"Omg her face," another said. "Why did she do too much! It’s sad"

Others suggested Khloe had perhaps recently had some kind of cosmetic work done and that the swelling "hasn't gone down all the way yet".

Khloe last took to Instagram earlier this week, with her friends and fans complimenting her appearance.

"You're gorgeous!" Ash Holm commented.

"The most beautiful person inside out," one user wrote.

"Khloé are you kidding me?!" another said. "You look AMAZING!"

"Literally speechless," a third added.
