Kendrick Lamar at the 2025 Super Bowl.Kendrick Lamar caused quite a stir with his outfit at the 2025 Super Bowl.
On Sunday, Feb. 9, the rapper, 37, headlined the Halftime Show at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, where the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs. In addition to his choice to perform the controversial Drake diss track "Not Like Us," the Grammy winner's stage look sparked a spirited discourse online.
Lamar opted for a custom Martine Rose jacket that read "Gloria" across the front in capital letters, a nod to his song "Gloria," which is a track on his album GNX (and a duet with SZA, who joined the rapper onstage). He accessorized with a backward hat and sneakers as well as a diamond Rahaminov brooch worth $68,000 on his hat and a massive "a" chain, among other jewels.
The real kicker of the ensemble, however, was his pants, a pair of Celine jeans in a flared style that evoked the early 2000s pants trend — for better or worse.
