Kelsea Ballerini Dials Up the Volume in a Feathery Gown at Nashville Concert
Kelsea Ballerini made a statement with her wardrobe on the Nashville stop of her current tour behind her latest album “Patterns.” The music artist dialed up the volume in a feathery gown while performing at the Bridgestone Arena.
Last night Ballerini opted to wear a pink strapless peplum gown trimmed with feathers. She wore the ensemble while performing alongside special guest Keith Urban. Ballerini brought out the country star for a surprise duet to his 2006 song “Stupid Boy.”

Ballerini also stepped out during her show in a mirrored look that embraced the metallic trend from head to toe. For the occasion, she wore a pair of knee-high chrome boots with a chainmail top and dress consisting of geometric reflective pieces.
Set list wise, Ballerini opened the show with the title track from her new album before treating the crowd to favorites such as “Cowboys Cry Too,” “Peter Pan,” and “Penthouse.” The show was the sixth stop on Ballerini’s debut arena tour, which kicked off in Grand Rapids, Mich. on Jan. 21 and concludes in Denver on March 30.
Ballerini made note of the costume changes on her “Patterns” tour when announcing it, saying in a statement, that the LP “is an album about taking inventory of self and life as it is, moving through the things that need changing, and celebrating the wins along the way.” “Writing this record really was just one big beautiful conversation with myself, Alysa (Vanderheym), Karen (Fairchild), Hillary (Lindsey) and Jessie Jo (Dillon),” she continued. “THAT is what I want to bring into my show…a night (well, a lot of nights) where we come together and have the greatest night dancing while unpacking all of it. With confetti and costume changes, of course.”
Ballerini also embraced the metallic trend while at the 2024 CMA Awards. The music artist arrived at the red carpet in a disco ball-nodding floor-length Dolce & Gabbana gown. She also wore a sequined silver dress to the 2023 CMT Music Awards that she co-hosted with Kane Brown.
Metallic looks were one of the most prominent style takeaways from country music’s biggest night in 2024. In addition to Ballerini, silver gowns were favored among attendees like Simone Biles, Megan Moroney, and Kassi Ashton.
