Yahoo Lifestyle Kelsea Ballerini Brings Disco Ball Fever to the 2024 CMA Awards in Silver Mosaic Dress on the Red Carpet
Kelsea Ballerini slinked down the red carpet in a silver floor-length Dolce & Gabbana gown with a mosaic pattern that resembled a mirror disco ball. The sleeveless dress cinched at the waist and featured a boat neckline, as well as low plunges down the sides of her waist that gave a glimpse of the hummingbird tattoo on her back.
Her accessories were simple, a single diamond statement ring on her finger and small earrings that were mostly covered by her long and loose waves. She wore shimmery silver eyeshadow that matched her dress and silver heels.

Last year, when Ballerini hosted the 2023 CMT Music Awards in Austin, she also wore a silver disco mini-dress, as one of her multiple outfit changes onstage. She accessorized that look with silvery dangling earrings, strappy black and silver heels and a grey glittery cowboy hat.
This year, her disco look aimed for high glamour. She walked down the red carpet alongside boyfriend Chase Stokes, who wore a black double-breasted V-neck suit jacket, white dress shirt, black pants and black dress shoes.
She also posed with Noah Kahan, who wore a dark blue pinstriped double-breasted suit over a casual white T-shirt. He accessorized with a shimmery crescent moon-shaped brooch on his V-neck collar and shiny black dress shoes.
Ballerini and Kahan are performing their duet “Cowboys Cry Too” at the awards show. The song, which they’ve deemed an anthem for mental health, is nominated for Musical Event of the Year. Ballerini is also nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year.
The 57th Annual CMA Awards, hosted by Luke Bryan, Peyton Manning and Lainey Wilson, celebrates country music stars’ achievements in the genre. Morgan Wallen is nominated for seven awards, including Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year and Male Vocalist of the Year. Performers for the evening include Luke Combs, Chris Stapleton and Post Malone, among others.
