Kelly Ripa has quite the secret up her sleeve—the arm workout routine that helped her achieve a chiseled look.
Over the weekend, the longtime Live! host shared a "20 piece [throwback] to weekend’s Oscars festivities," featuring several photos of her and her husband, Mark Consuelos, "before, during and after" the prestigious event in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 2.
Those who caught Ripa, 54, and Consuelos, 53, at the 97th Annual Academy Awards already know that their red-carpet photos elicited quite a response from social media users. And after seeing the backstage pics (and mainly, the soap star's arms), fans doubled down on their demands.
"Kelly!! Drop that arm workout routine," one Instagram user begged. "Please and thank you."

"I told my daughter I need Kelly Ripa arms!" a different fan admitted. "You look absolutely gorgeous! Love your hair. Wow 🤩 you both look great."
Bravolebrity Andy Cohen was a little more obsessed with her glam than anything, "the hair!" he gushed.
The couple's daughter, Lola, was also impressed, exclaiming, "You’re iconic! 😍😍😍😍." To that, Ripa replied, "haha, we don’t get out much 😍."
Riverdale alum Marisol Nichols later added, "Good lord you look amazing!!!"
Even fellow ABC personality David Muir got in on the conversation, quipping, "id like to thank the academy for you two."
Though the Daytime Emmy-winning talk show host declined to dish on the exercises she swears by, she isn't gatekeeping all her secrets to glowing appearances.
"What’s the secret to looking like you’re 16?!" another fan asked, leading Ripa to joke, "the two guys in the fourth pic," referring to her makeup artist Kristofer Buckle and hairstylist Ryan Trygstad.
Though she has yet to share a step-by-step guide to getting such toned arms, Ripa previously suggested that cutting alcohol out of her diet may have had an impact on her weight.
