Keira Knightley Embraces Classic Black-and-white Dressing With Floral Details in Erdem for Soccer Match in Italy
Keira Knightley was among the bevy of A-list celebrities who attended the Como 1907 vs. Roma soccer match in Como, Italy, on Sunday. The “Black Doves” star was joined by her husband of 11 years, James Righton, for the major sporting event.
Knightley opted to dress up her sports spectator ensemble. The actress turned to Erdem’s spring 2025 ready-to-wear collection for her look. Knightley paired the white dress with alchemist inspiration and floral details with a black coat.

Knightley coordinated her black-and-white dressing moment with black boots and carried a small black Chanel purse to complete the refined ensemble. As for her glam, Knightley’s bob was styled with a middle part and natural waves, while her makeup included a bold eye and brow and soft pink lip.
Erdem’s spring 2025 ready-to-wear collection made its runway debut during London Fashion Week last September. Inspired by English poet and writer Radclyffe Hall, the collection shifted from masculine tailoring to feminine touches.
Eponymous designer Erdem Moralıoğlu “loaded his collection with coded symbols of lesbian love, from the monocles dangling from buttonholes to the embroidered violets scattered between the pinstripes on suits,” Miles Socha wrote in WWD’s review of the collection.
“He also filled it with extremely covetable and gorgeously embellished clothes, headlined by handsome tuxedo jackets and cape-like cardigans scattered with crystal embroideries in the style of vintage crystal necklaces,” Socha wrote.
Moralıoğlu established his London-based eponymous label in 2005. Erdem’s designs have been worn by such high-profile figures as Kerry Washington, Scarlett Johansson and Kate Middleton. The Princess of Wales memorably wore a design by Erdem to Commonwealth Day services in London in 2023 and in 2016.
