If you’re struggling to find motivation or inspiration when working out from home, fitness queen Kayla Itsines has shared two weeks worth of BBG workouts exclusively with Yahoo Lifestyle for you to try.
The Sweat trainer recommends doing three resistance workouts a week, with some light cardio (walking, swimming etc) and a recovery session in between.
Try these no equipment resistance workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
