Johnny Depp and Kate Moss’ former townhouse is off of the market.
The Federal-style home where the former couple once resided for several years in the ‘90s has sold, PEOPLE can confirm.
Located in New York City's Greenwich Village, just half a block from Washington Square Park, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home sits on approximately 6,321 square feet with nearly an additional 1,200 square feet of private outdoor living space.
The home was built in 1826, and reimagined in the early 1900s, boasting an elegant brick facade.
Part of the multi-level property’s unique draw comes from its exterior, and its current layout, which is configured as four income-producing rentals.

Each unit at 112 Waverly Place has large windows, private outdoor space, and wood-burning fireplaces. The building also features new foundations, reinforced steel, and updated plumbing and electricity throughout.
Depp and Moss’ former townhouse was listed at $13,500,000, and closed at $12,005,000 after being listed by Compass's Randy Baruh and Corcoran's Blumstein Team, the husband-and-wife duo of Meris and Kenny Blumstein.
Others who have called the neighborhood home include numerous celebrities and artists, like playwright, essayist, and advocate for justice Lorraine Hansberry, per Corcoran's website.

The Greenwich Village townhouse holds charming details, such as the property’s original hardwood floors, mahogany molding, exposed brick and high ceilings.
While each floor has its own stunning features, the penthouse unit is made up of the two top floors, and a rooftop deck with views of the city and landmarks including the Empire State Building.
Another noteworthy detail of the building is the 1,800-square-foot two bathroom carriage house, which has its own entrance.
This triplex "inspires creativity" with its stunning skylight, 17-foot beamed ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, exposed brick, a copper ceiling in the kitchen and an outdoor terrace.
According to a May 2023 report from New York’s 6sqft, the carriage house had previously been rented for $16,000 per month in 2021.
Depp and Moss began dating in 1994 before ending their relationship in 1997 after a few years together and a rumored engagement.
"They can't keep their hands, lips, mouths, legs off of each other," a friend of the Pirates of the Caribbean star, 60, told PEOPLE in 1994.
