Goodwins appeared in Guy Ritchie's The Gentlemen series as pro boxer Jack Glass, the brother of Kaya Scodelario's Susie Glass. Goodwins costarred in The Gentlemen with Scodelario, Theo James, Joely Richardson, Giancarlo Esposito and Daniel Ings, among an ensemble cast.
Beckinsale most recently appeared in the 2024 movie Canary Black. Her other recent films include 2023's Fool's Paradise and 2022's Prisoner's Daughter.
Beckinsale most recently made news when she spoke out about her own on-set experiences in the wake of Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's ongoing legal battles. She shared in a video on Instagram Dec. 29 that the situation "highlighted" the "machine that goes into effect when a woman complains about something legitimately offensive, upsetting, harmful, whatever, in this industry."
In that video — which appears to have since been deleted — Beckinsale said an ex-publicist she once employed had "forced" her "to do a photo shoot the day after I'd had a miscarriage."
"I said, 'I can't. I'm bleeding. I don't want to go and change my clothes in front of people I don't know and do a photoshoot. I'm bleeding out a miscarriage,' " she wrote in that caption. "She was like, 'You'll have to, or you'll be sued.' "
