Kanye West 'My wife and her family should have plenty of Emmys by now!'

Just because Kanye West has chosen to not star on his wife Kim Kardashian's reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians, that doesn't mean the rapper's not a fan!

During a live interview for Show Studio on Tuesday, the outspoken 38-year-old had nothing but praise for his in-laws and their hit show!

"I feel proud to be in a family that has so many people breaking ground for the generations that come. I just feel like reality show, that's so f--king new of an art form," he says.

"It's like my wife and her family should have had plenty of Emmys by now, but reality shows are considered to be like rap."

"Like when the Mondrian [hotel] wouldn't let Run-D.M.C and mother***ing Will Smith there because they were rappers," Kanye continues. "Or the idea of a reality star not being allowed into a fashion show or not being nominated for their show, even if it's the longest running thing and the most popular and everybody I know watches it and s***."

But despite the lack of prestigious gongs the Kardashian-Jenner klan have received, Yeezus says things couldn't be better in his life!

"[I'm] so, so, so, so happy," he adds. "And I'm happy for the normal reasons to be happy. Because I married the woman of my dreams and I have a beautiful daughter and so many beautiful people around me... I have a son on the way."

"I have a lot of life ahead of me, and I have the opportunity to be completely rogue and the ability to support myself being who I am."
