We love a celebrity twinning moment. It happens surprisingly often that our favourite stars end up wearing the *exact* same outfits. Though usually to different events, thank goodness, or that would be considered a real fashion faux pas.
Just this week, Ashley Graham took to Instagram to share a selfie of herself wearing a hot pink see-through crochet dress from British brand, House of Sunny. The very crochet dress that Rita Ora was seen wearing as a beach cover-up during her recent Ibiza getaway.
And back in June, Rita repped Sportmax's corset and suspenders dress that Hailey Bieber had donned a month before.
Now, Kaia Gerber has become the latest celeb to re-wear a fellow A-Listers look. Taking to Instagram to share photos from her shoot for W Magazine's fashion issue, we instantly recognised the Paco Rabanne gold bra top and skirt the model sported for one look.
The Paco Rabanne outfit in question consists of two sculptural nipple pasties featuring cut-outs designed to look like flowers. Wires connect the nipple covers to a breastplate and choker-style necklace. Kaia's bra is paired with a coordinating skirt made up of feather-like gold embellishments with the same cut-out flower motifs worn as a belt. With matching gold eye-shadow, it's safe to say Kaia looks radiant in the pic as she is literally glowing.
Admittedly not identical, but the statement design is the gold, separates version of the silver disco party dress Elle Fanning wore earlier this year during Cannes Film Festival. We loved the look then, and we love this version now too.
And hey, they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
