Julz Goddard is opening up about a difficult decision she made.

The 34-year-old social media influencer, known as YesJulz online, revealed in Netflix's W.A.G.s to Riches that she had an abortion after getting pregnant again with her now ex-fiancé Duke Riley, 30.

In episode 3, Goddard shares the news during an emotional conversation with Sadé Vanessa over breakfast at the Versace Mansion the morning after the event producer had gotten into a physical altercation while at dinner the night prior.

When Vanessa asked Goddard about her entanglement with Kenea, a former Allure Realty agent, at Victory Restaurant and Lounge in Miami, she explained that it was on the heels of “traumatic s--t” she was dealing with earlier that day, alluding to her abortion.

“I was sick, not feeling good, etc.,” Goddard says in a confessional of what she felt after she underwent the procedure. "It turned out that in my dealings with Duke in that time period, I ended up getting pregnant… again."

She then recalled the timeline from when she learned she was pregnant to when she had to make a decision.

"I was like, six weeks in and six weeks is now the legal cutoff in Florida, so I literally had like 24 hours to make a decision from finding out and didn’t have the right support," the media personality continues in the confessional, wiping tears from her eyes.

"It just wasn’t handled with care," she said.

Goddard said she didn't want to go to the girls' dinner at Victory later that night with the other W.A.G.s in the cast because of what she had gone through, telling Vanessa that she had informed Sharelle Rosado — who was also at the dinner — when they spoke on the phone prior.

"I was dealing with some traumatic s--t that day. I wasn't feeling good. I called and told Sharelle that I didn't want to come. I told her what was going on. And she was like, 'I feel you... If you don't want to come, you don't have to come. I understand if you're not feeling good,'" Goddard recalled of their conversation.

"She comforted me on the phone on the way there, you know," Goddard said of Rosado when explaining to Vanessa what happened. Upon "knowing how distraught and traumatized [Goddard] was in that moment," she said Rosado asked her an unsettling question at Victory 15 minutes later.

"We get there. They start talking about kids," Goddard explained to Vanessa before the episode cuts to a flashback from the dinner at Victory and the interaction Rosado had with her in front of the other W.A.G.s who sat around the table.

"You want some more?" Rosado is seen asking a blank-faced Goddard at the dinner. "You want some more?" she questioned again to Goddard's lack of reply. "Sure, if that's God's plan," Goddard eventually answered, shaking her head in what appeared to be disbelief at the question being asked.

Goddard reminded Vanessa that Rosado knew what she was going through because of their conversation on the phone. "She knows the procedure I just had. Physically, I'm clotting. Like I'm not okay," she reemphasized at breakfast.

"I want multiple kids. I want River to have a sibling. It would be nice if it was from the same father… that is the dream, the goal," Goddard emotionally explained in a confessional. “To have a one-unit family.”

"But this time, he was like, 'I don't want another baby'," revealed Goddard in the confessional. "So, um, I was just like, 'Okay.' You know, I didn't want to have an abortion. But I didn't want to be a single mom of two, struggling after I just lost my job like trying to figure it out."

"Like, I didn't know how I was gonna be able to do that," she said. "So I was just in a really bad space, and it happened that day."

Goddard told Vanessa that Rosadao had claimed that she "forgot" she had shared the abortion news with her on the phone prior to asking her the question about kids at Victory later that night. "That's just not something you forget. We're talking about loss of life here," Goddard told Vanessa.

In episode 6, Rosado defended herself over why she asked Goddard about having kids at Victory. She also claimed she couldn't recall the conversation they had over the phone.

"You're using that excuse that you had an abortion to justify why you fought that girl. You're trying to put the blame on everyone else," Rosado said in a confessional of Goddard. "Like you sat your single ass at that table with us. Nobody told you to sit your ass over there, so you're going to be included in on the conversation because the world don't revolve around Julz."

In the confessional, Rosado added, "I don't remember what you told me. And honestly, I don't believe it because you out the next day posting on social media with a two-piece thong. So if you did all that, why aren't you on bed rest? The math don't math."

The former couple got engaged at Miami's Rolling Loud Music Festival in July 2021 and welcomed their first child, daughter River, together in March 2022. The Dolphins player was already a father of two sons from a previous relationship.

In January 2024, Goddard hinted on Instagram that she had split from her fiancé. "Single ladies gather here," she captioned a slideshow of images. The last pic was a photo of WNBA star Angel Reese pointing to her ringless ring finger.

Goddard has been open on her Instagram about raising her daughter, often posting pictures with her since she was born. On her first birthday, the single mom got candid about her little girl's early health challenges now that she's "healthy and thriving" at one year old.

"When the doctors told us her diagnosis at 15 weeks & gave us the option to terminate the pregnancy, moving forward was a no-brainer for me," she continued in the caption. "I had waited my whole life 2 become a mother & I knew this special soul was ready to be here with us earthside, no matter what difficulties we may be faced w upon her arrival."

She added in part, "As u can see, River is so healthy, sweet, smart &happy!I can’t imagine her not being here w us simply bc she didn’t have access 2the right doctors." Goddard shared the post to raise awareness for for Gastroschisis.
