Jorge Prado Dislocated Shoulder, Will Miss Anaheim 2
During round 3 of the Monster Energy Supercross Championship from Anaheim 2, the first 450SX timed qualifying session, Spains, Jorge Prado, and Monster Energy Kawasaki crashed into the nets after the long rhythm section and was seen leaving the track on the back of the Alpinestars mobile medical unit in a sling on his right shoulder.
The 2x MXGP World Champion is here racing in the States for his first attempt at the SuperMotocross World Championship with his new Monster Energy Kawasaki team.
He sat 14th fastest in that timed qualifying session and is currently 12th in the Monster Energy Supercross Championship coming into Anaheim 2 with season-best coming last weekend for 12th.
**Update: Monster Energy Kawasaki posted on Instagram revealing that Prado will miss Anaheim 2 tonight due to a dislocated shoulder.
