Jennifer Aniston says she doesn't understand selfies

She's one of the most photographed people on the planet, but don't think that means Jennifer Aniston is going to be taking selfies any time soon!

In a new interview, the 45-year-old actress tells Self magazine, "I don't have Instagram. And I'm not a fan of selfies. I don't understand them. I feel like there's enough out there, why add to it?"

When asked if she would rather give up her favourite cuisine or post a photograph of herself every day for a year, she said: "I'd definitely give up Mexican food for a year."

In addition to sharing her thoughts on the social media trend, Jen also dished the details on her celebrity dream body.

Although she is known for her killer arms and abs, the actress revealed she would love to trade bodies with an Olympic skier or a supermodel.

Asked who exactly she would like to trade bodies with for 24 hours, she explained, "I'd love to be able to ski like a crazy person, like Lindsey Vonn. Then I'd also like to have Gisele's body, just 'cause, why not?"

The former Friends star also revealed how she spends her down-time, "Having eggs and a bagel and reading the paper" is how she spends her Sunday mornings, she explains.

"I start with the front page, then the travel section, arts and leisure or the calendar. How I take my eggs depends on my mood. But I always throw a yolk in there – the yolk's got a bad rap."
