Jason Kelce Reveals the Unusual Nickname He Has for Wife Kylie — and What He's Not Allowed to Call Her
The couple, who have been together for nearly a decade, have rules for their terms of endearment
Jason Kelce knows better than to call his wife “hon” or “sweetie,” but he does have a “pet” name for Kylie!
In a guest spot on the Good Mythical Morning podcast, the couple offered hilarious insight about how the mother of three draws the line regarding terms of endearment.
"I call her Joe because when she played field hockey, she reminded me of, like, a baby kangaroo the way she was like squatted down," Jason, 37, explained as Kylie laughed. "So I called her Joey and narrowed it down to Joe."
But make no mistake, the mother of three daughters — who married Jason in 2018 after they dated for three years — has nixed other nicknames.
"Oh, 'sweetie,' he's not allowed to say ... There's certain nicknames — 'sweetie,' 'babe,' 'baby,' 'hon,' 'honey' — you can only be called those things by, like, a waitress in a diner in South Philly," Kylie, 32, joked.
As far as other controversial words, Kylie recently shared that she’s surprisingly open to some of them.
