Yahoo Lifestyle Jana Kramer Makes Bold Confession About Her ‘Biggest Regret’ With Plastic Surgery
Jana Kramer isn't afraid to get real about plastic surgery—and recently, the actress dished on her "biggest regret" about going under the knife.
On the Feb. 24 episode of her Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast, the One Tree Hill alum opened up about her breast augmentation surgery.
“My biggest regret with my boobs is that I don’t know if I solely did it for me,” she confessed. “I was in a marriage that a husband was cheating all the time, and I would see the women that he was cheating with, and I’m like, ‘I look nothing like them.'"
Kramer, 41, was previously married to former NFL tight end Mike Caussin; they divorced in 2021 after six years of marriage.
She explained, “I thought about it for a while, like, maybe if I had bigger boobs, he wouldn’t cheat or he’d find me sexier or something like that."

Despite outside factors potentially contributing to her decision, Kramer said she has enjoyed the results of the elective procedure.
“I had a lot of fun with them post-divorce because Mike never actually got to feel them cause we had gotten divorced,” she shared. "...They were fresh, non-touched boobs, and everyone knows I flaunted them.
In October 2022, Kramer revealed that Caussin was unfaithful to her with more than a dozen women during an interview on Red Table Talk.
"Over time, you found out he cheated with about 13 women?” co-host Jada Pinkett Smith asked, to which she responded, "More."

Today, Kramer is married to Scottish former soccer player Allan Russell. They welcomed their first child together, a son named Roman, in November 2023. Additionally, Kramer shares a daughter, Jolie, 9, and a son, Jace, 6, with Caussin.
