Jameela Jamil is ending the year how she lived it: as a feminist icon. Taking to Instagram, the actor and activist said 'free the nip' as she posed in a totally sheer black dress with a strategically placed emoji.

"ONE MORE FOR ALGORITHM DADDY 2024," she wrote in the caption, nodding to the Instagram algorithm, before adding: "Can I get a little commotion for the dress?"

And a little commotion for the dress she certainly got. "Commotion caused ✅🔥," one fan wrote in the comments section, as someone else added: "All the commotion for the dress rightly deserved. Wow!"

"Love the dress!!" a third fan added, with someone else agreeing: "Looks stunning on you and you look stunning in it."

"This is definitely the good place," another fan joked, playing on the name of the TV show Jameela starred in as Tahani Al-Jamil.

Comments section commotion aside, elsewhere in her caption Jameela shared details of where to shop the dress and who styled her in it — the latter being celeb stylist and fashion director, Calvin Opaleye.

Described as being "a figure-hugging jersey and tulle gown" with a "racer-style top, a U-shaped neckline, a mini underskirt, and a crinoline", the dress worn by Jameela is by David Koma London and — if you fancy replicating the look — could be yours for £1,725.
