A’ja Wilson appeared to object to a Bam Adebayo reference in an Aces tweet about her scoring record
On Wednesday night, Las Vegas Aces superstar A'ja Wilson broke the WNBA single-season scoring record with ease in a matchup against Caitlin Clark's Indiana Fever. Wilson needed just the first half to get the necessary 12 points in order to break the previous mark held by Seattle Storm star Jewell Lloyd.
As messages of congratulations started ringing out for Wilson, the Las Vegas Aces seemingly referenced another important part of her life -- dating rumors with Miami Heat talisman Bam Adebayo.
The Aces chose to use "BAM!" as the first word of their celebratory tweet for Wilson's record. Wilson, naturally, objected to this but also, and this is crucial, didn't deny anything!
