Irish Cream Brownies: The Ultimate St. Paddy's Day Treat That Starts With a Brownie Mix

St Patrick’s Day is here, which means it's the perfect time to break out your Irish cream… coffee creamer, that is.

When it comes time for St. Patrick's Day, there's nothing I love more than a little Irish cream in my desserts. My obsession is runs so strong, that I even stir the creamy whisky-based liqueur into boxed brownie mix and the frosting, which is how this Irish Cream Brownie dessert recipe came to be. You can use an Irish cream liqueur (like Bailey’s), but to make these non-alcoholic, I opted for an Irish cream coffee creamer. Use whichever you prefer to make these ultimate St. Patrick's Day brownies.

These brownies are creamy, chocolaty and a perfect addition to your St. Paddy’s Day celebration!
