Ireland Baldwin Shuts Down Critics Who Say She's 'Too Fat' For The Runway

While the fashion world has been making serious inroads in celebrating diversity within the industry, it seems there's still some way to go.

Ireland Baldwin, who hails from Hollywood royalty, the daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin, says she was told she was too fat for New York Fashion Week.

The stunning 19-year-old, who has inherited her mother's model good looks and her father's statuesque height, however proved her critics wrong when she walked in the Son Jung Wan show on September 12.

"Too fat 4 NYFW but I DID IT," Ireland wrote on snapchat.

Following the show, Baldwin celebrated with a well-deserved pretzel oh and an awesome, 'nah nah' to her haters!

"Too fat 4 NYFW but I DID IT," she wrote on a snapchat video of hersefl eating a pretzel, as well as the hashtag #goingtodoalotofpilates in the caption.
