The internet falls in love with Meghan Markle's tulle Oscar de la Renta gown

Meghan Markle wore an Oscar de la Renta gown for an evening event and the internet just can’t cope.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the Australian Geographic Society Gala Awards at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney.

The royal couple are currently on a 16 day long tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga.

Meghan opted for a black and white dress with a dramatic tulle skirt which is from the Oscar de la Renta pre-fall 2018 collection.

The embellishment on the dress was made by French design Sarah Esmoingt, who works for Oscar de la Renta and Zac Posen, fan site Meghan’s Mirror revealed.

She paired the gown with her trusty Aquazurra Deneuve pumps in black and a Birks Bee Stackable Ring.

We think this might just be her best royal tour look yet – and apparently the internet agrees.

Her outfit received a gushing response from social media users. One called the look “flawless” while another person compared Meghan to a “doll”.

One thing’s for sure: the gorgeous Duchess is absolutely killing it with her royal tour looks, from the blue cape style gown the colour of the Fijian flag to that pom pom dress.
