The Farmer Wants a Wife host owns a stunning home close to New South Wales' iconic Hyams Beach.

Farmer Wants A Wife host Samantha Armytage has listed her stunning holiday home in New South Wales' Hyams Beach for $3.2 million.

Sam purchased the property for $1.7 million in 2018 and has renovated it over the years, leasing it out as a holiday rental for $1200 a night.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is a short walk from Jervis Bay's iconic Hyams Beach, a popular holiday spot known for having some of the whitest sand in the world.

The property sits on 658 sqm and has a fully redesigned interior and new roof and boasts stunning nature views.

With a cute cottage aesthetic, the bright white walls and floorboards, teamed with bamboo tables and woven storage baskets, the home is a perfect beach retreat, with the master bedroom being home to ocean views. It also features a large, private backyard with an outdoor entertaining area and pergola.

Sam, who married Richard Lavender in 2020, also sold her $2.8 million Bondi home the same year, before relocating to the Southern Highlands to live with her husband. According to the Daily Mail, the couple lives on a 40-hectare farm in Berrima, which Richard purchased in 2007 for $ 1.95 million.

Sam spills on 2024 Farmer Wants A Wife

With the 2024 season of Farmer Wants A Wife just around the corner, Sam has said there will be 'surprises' in store for the new season.
