Hershey’s Fans Say New Frozen Treats ‘Look Like Winners’: ‘Buying 20 ASAP’

Hershey's appears to be preparing to unload several new treats onto shelves, and fans of chocolate-covered anything may need another freezer if they want to try them all at once.

In a not-so-surprising portfolio update, Hershey's is expanding its presence in the frozen dessert section, but this time, it's got nothing to do with ice cream.

According to several eagle-eyed sweet tooths, Hershey's quietly launched four new frozen sweets: Hershey's Milk Chocolate & Caramel Frozen Banana Slices, Hershey's Chocolate Cake Bites, Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme Cake Bites and Hershey's Chocolate Caramel Brownie Bites.

The chocolate and caramel-coated banana slices join Hershey's previously released line of frozen fruit options, which includes blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and Reese's dipped banana slices.

The new lineup hasn't been formally announced, but defunct landing pages for several products have already been created for Walmart and at least one shopper claimed to have seen the frozen banana slices in-store, suggesting the new sweets should be heading to all major stores that carry the brand in the coming weeks.

A rep for Hershey's did not respond to Parade's request for comment in time for publishing.  

That said, the beloved confectionary company recently revealed an exciting collaboration as well as several new varieties of Reese's, Kit Kat and Hershey's Kisses–and so far, fans have been delighted by them all, including this yet-to-be-announced launch.

"These all look like winners to me!" one Instagram user declared. "Thank god it’s winter bod season."

"Oh wow! These look amazing!" a second cheered.

"OH those cookies & cream bites Might as well consider themselves bought & ate OK 🔥," another added, "@hersheys yall done did something with this 🔥 (ok maybe am a little to excited ) 😂."

"Buying 20 asap," someone else admitted.

One more joked, "Close enough, WELCOME BACK HERSHEY’S BITES!!"

Walmart is not without its own stockpile of soon-to-be fan-favorite products, either. Outside of the candy arena, the big-box retailer has worked with Coca-Cola to secure an "exciting" new flavor of Sprite, the execs at Kellanova for a one-of-a-kind Pop-Tarts release, and Betty Crocker on Bridgerton-inspired ready-to-bake cake and cookie mixes, just to name a few of its exclusive limited-time offers.
