Ready to get whisked off to another dystopian society? Uglies recently hit Netflix and is currently among the most-watched movies on the platform.

Based on Scott Westerfeld's YA novel of the same name, the film stars Joey King, Chase Stokes, Brianne Tju, and Laverne Cox. While we all know they are far from ugly IRL, the story is based on characters enduring extensive plastic surgery when they turn 16 in order to avoid criticism from those around them.
