Hell's Kitchen Season 23 Kicks Off With Surprising Theme and New Chefs
Season 23 of Hell's Kitchen will challenge Head Chefs from across the restaurant industry taking part in an intense culinary academy to prove to Gordon Ramsay that they have the talent and tenacity to come out on top each week. Only those who can take the searing heat of Hell’s Kitchen will continue to compete each week, until one is named the winner.
“As my very first show on FOX, Hell’s Kitchen holds a very special place in my heart and it’s incredibly gratifying to have it renewed for its 23rd and 24th seasons,” said Ramsay. “This show just keeps getting better and better, and with Fox, ITV and A. Smith & Co. as my partners, you can expect even bigger challenges, stronger talent and more intense competition in Hell’s Kitchen in the years to come.”

What is the theme for Season 23 of Hell's Kitchen?
Thanks to the culinary boom of the last 30 years, good chefs have more skills in their arsenal than ever before. But Gordon Ramsay knows one critical skill for a great chef remains elusive and rare: leadership, so he is looking for the ultimate leader to fill a very special position in his empire. So, this season, Ramsay focuses his search on one specific group: Head Chefs.
This talented crop of head chefs come from all ages, backgrounds, culinary specialties and restaurant types. But whether that restaurant is a tiny mom-and-pop shop or sports a large fine-dining brigade, these chefs are used to calling the shots.
