Heidi Klum Signs With UTA

Heidi Klum has signed to UTA — the global talent, entertainment, sports and advisory company — for representation in all areas. The German-American supermodel and TV personality was previously with CAA.

Born in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, Klum gained international recognition as a model in the 1990s. Her career took off after she graced the covers of magazines such as Vogue, Elle and Harper’s Bazaar, and reached new heights when she appeared in the 1998 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. She has collaborated with renowned photographers including Rankin, Arthur Elgort, Mark Seliger, Peter Lindbergh, Russell James and Steven Meisel throughout her career.

Klum went on to become a familiar figure on TV. An Emmy Award winner, she took home Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality-Competition Program in 2013 for “Project Runway.” She is an executive producer of the fashion competition show, which she hosted from 2004 to 2017.

Klum then became known for serving as judge on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” competition. She recently wrapped her 11th season on the show, and has also appeared on the judging panels for its spin-offs, including “America’s Got Talent: The Champions,” “America’s Got Talent: All-Stars” and “America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League.”

For 19 seasons, Klum has also hosted and executive produced “Germany’s Next Top Model,” since its debut in 2006. In addition, she has cohosted and produced Amazon Prime Video’s fashion competition series “Making the Cut” since its start in 2020. Outside of reality shows, she has made some memorable cameos in films and TV series, including “The Devil Wears Prada” and “Sex and the City.”

In fashion and beauty, Klum has launched and collaborated on a wide range of consumer products, from lingerie to fragrances and cosmetics. Her brand partnerships include working with Birkenstock, H&M, Jordache and New Balance. And in May 2024, L’Oréal Paris announced Klum as a brand ambassador.

Klum has been involved in philanthropic work through the years, supporting organizations including UNICEF, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, the American Red Cross, God’s Love We Deliver, amfAR and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
