Heidi Klum has revealed the secret behind her glowing skin and how she tackles breakouts.

The 47-year-old supermodel believes she has mastered the technique of squeezing spots, but has insisted the real skin saviour for getting rid of blemishes is Mario Badescu Drying Lotion.

Speaking to Who What Wear about her beauty hacks, she said: “Over the years I’ve learned how to squeeze them properly, and that’s the key. You must never do it with your nails. You need to do it with your knuckles, go deep and really get the whole thing.

“I find that Mario Badescu Drying Lotion does the job, but only once you’ve got it all out.”

Buy it: Mario Badescu Drying Lotion | £15.50 from Liberty London

Also available to buy at Amazon, Beauty Bay, Urban Outfitters and Harvey Nichols.

Mario Badescu’s Drying Lotion contains calamine and salicyclic acid to treat whiteheads, blackheads and red spots too.

Salicyclic acid works to unclog pores, while calamine dries out the area to reduce any redness and excess oil causing spots.

The Drying Lotion is suitable for all skin types for “immediate relief from breakouts and blemishes”, according to the website.

Simply dab the lotion onto the target area, leave on overnight and wash off in the morning, for a smooth and spot-free complexion.

Klum’s must-have beauty product costs £15.50 for a 29ml bottle, and is available to buy at a range of stockists, including Amazon, Liberty London, Urban Outfitters and Harvey Nichols, as well as other retailers.

The America’s Got Talent judge has previously revealed that she uses a surprising product to remove make-up: Johnson's Baby Shampoo 300ml, which costs just £2 at Boots.
