FLY: Hawaiian Airlines

Start your holiday by flying with the state carrier.

They fly to every major Hawaiian island, and during the flight, you'll get a taste of the incredible Hawaiian hospitality; expect island-inspired meals and beers from the Maui Brewing Company.

There's no bad time of year to travel to Hawaii; the weather is similar all year round, at around 25 to 29 degrees.

January can be a bit wetter, and many hotels and activities are fully booked around Christmas and the new year.

June to November is technically hurricane season, although there have only ever been a handful of hurricanes that have caused significant damage.

There are events and festivals throughout the year, so choose when suits you and book your flights!
