Gypsy-Rose Blanchard Steps Out for ‘First Date Night’ with Boyfriend Ken Urker After Birth of Daughter Aurora

Gypsy-Rose Blanchard is enjoying date night as a new mom!

On Sunday, Jan. 26, Blanchard, 33, who was a victim of Munchausen by proxy, shared a photo on Instagram showing her and boyfriend Ken Urker having their first date after welcoming their daughter Aurora in December.

“First date night after having our baby 🫶🏻❤️,” Blanchard wrote in the caption, tagging Urker.

In the photo, the couple can be seen embracing each other while posing alongside a glass barrier inside what appeared to be a mall. Blanchard wore a white striped corset top, matching skirt, and boots, while Urker wore a printed shirt, jeans, and sneakers.

The new parents announced the birth of their daughter Aurora on Instagram on Jan. 1.

"Welcoming 2025 with the greatest gift of all 👼,” Urker wrote in the caption, as he posted a photo of him and Blanchard cradling their baby girl in the hospital.

Blanchard's date night photo comes after she clarified that her baby daughter is "safe and healthy” while addressing “false rumors of the week” in a post on TikTok on Friday, Jan. 24.

The new mom denied allegations that Child Protective Services (CPS) visited her Louisiana home over concern for the well-being of her daughter. "NO, CPS is not involved! Our baby is very safe and healthy,” she wrote, adding an eye-roll emoji.

Blanchard also confirmed to PEOPLE that the rumor was untrue.

The 33-year-old added in the post that she was “not on any weight loss medication,” in response to further rumors circulating online.

Blanchard told PEOPLE in a statement,  “I’m addressing all the rumors that content creators spread … some of the crazy rumors that have come out over the last few weeks that I wanted to address are not true.”

“I never have used weight loss drugs to lose weight. I was blessed with a healthy pregnancy and gained very little during my pregnancy," she said.

Blanchard added that she is “focusing on getting fit by doing yoga and other exercises to help tone my belly” and that she “bought small gym equipment for my home to start getting healthy.”
