Gwyneth Paltrow is the latest star to weigh in on the wage gap in Hollywood, admitting that she's been affected by it too and it's not ok.
"It can be painful. Your salary is a way to quantify what you’re worth. If men are being paid a lot more for doing the same thing, it feels shitty," she told Variety in a recent interview.
The Iron Man star also went on to reveal that there was a rather significant gap between herself and co-star Robert Downey Jr..

"Look," Paltrow said, "nobody is worth the money that Robert Downey Jr. is worth. But if I told you the disparity, you would probably be surprised."
According to Forbes, Downey Jr made $111 million over the last 12 months versus highest-paid female actress, Jennifer Lawrence, who made a reported $72 million.
That's a $39 million difference.
