Isabelle Silbery has given a candid interview ahead of the birth of her second child.
Gogglebox Australia star Isabelle Silbery has given a candid interview about struggling with pre-natal depression ahead of the birth of her second child.
The TV personality is due to give birth soon and said suffering miscarriages in the past has added to her anxiety around the impending birth of her second child, her first with husband Alex Richards.
Isabelle, who has a nine-year-old son from a previous marriage, spoke openly about her struggle with mental health ahead of the birth of her daughter, and said it had been a "difficult and sad" time after her grandmother Emmie's diagnosis with dementia, but the baby was bringing "joy and hope" when it came to looking into the future.
In an interview with The Herald Sun, Isabelle opened up about her pregnancy saying with therapy and the right medication she was determined to overcome her pre-natal struggles and speak out about it to help other women going through the same thing.

“It’s amazing when you start a conversation openly what then comes your way,” she said.
“So many women haven’t had the rainbows and butterflies pregnancies and it’s totally OK to not. And to kind of put your hand up when things aren’t feeling OK.”
Isabelle also said she didn't know pre-natal depression existed, as normally it's only post-natal that's talked about.
“Getting the right therapy and medication, now I feel so different about it," she said. "I’m ready and positive and I’m in the best head space I can be for this phase.”
Isabella has starred on Gogglebox since 2015, appearing on the show with her mum Kerry, and grandmother Emmie. In February, the family revealed 94-year-old Emmie was diagnosed with dementia and would no longer be appearing on the show.
