Glenn Close Perfectly Explained Why She's Been Single For Almost A Decade

Of course, you know acting legend Glenn Close.

But you may or may not know that Glenn has been single for nearly a decade now. She split from her third husband, businessman David Shaw, back in 2015.

During a recent appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Glenn revealed why she hasn't been in a relationship since the divorce — and her reasoning is pretty understandable.

When Drew asked Glenn if she'd "approached a relationship" since parting ways with David, Glenn replied, "No." She added, “I don’t know. I mean, I’m always up for anything, but I’m very happy right now."

Glenn's reaction to Drew asking her if she'd used dating apps was priceless as well: "Are you crazy?"

“No, I’m too shy to do that,” she added, before specifying that she's currently “not searching" for a relationship.

"I’m not a hugely comfortably social person, so I don’t leap to go to a party at all. So yeah, I’m okay.”
