Naya Rivera urged fans to take every day 'you're alive as a blessing’ because ‘tomorrow is not promised’, in an eerie Instagram post just days before going missing
The 33-year-old former Glee actress is feared dead after renting out a boat with her four-year-old son in Lake Piru, California, on Wednesday and never returning it.
Her four-year-old son, Josey Hollis Dorsey, was found adrift, asleep and alone in the boat, with Naya nowhere to be found.
A search and rescue mission was launched, however it’s been suspended due to nightfall and will resume on Thursday morning.
Just six days ago, Naya took to her Instagram account to post an inspirational message to her 1.9 million followers.
“No matter the year, circumstance, or strifes everyday you're alive is a blessing. make the most of today and every day you are given. tomorrow is not promised,” she wrote.
Yesterday, the star, who played Santana Lopez in Glee, uploaded an adorable snap of her kissing her four-year-old son, Josey Hollis Dorsey, writing: “Just the two of us.”
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department confirmed on Thursday Australian time that Naya was missing.
According to reports, her son said his mum had jumped into the water but was unable to make it back on to the boat.

TMZ claims Josey told authorities that his mother had "jumped into the water but didn't come back up".
FOX11 in Los Angeles reported that Naya's car was found parked near the boating company and her bag was still inside.
“He’s in good health,” Ventura County Sheriff’s Department Capt. Eric Buschow, told the LA Times about Josey.
“The family is going through a very traumatic time right now.”
He said they were able to confirm Naya’s identity after finding her wallet onboard the boat.
Naya shares joint custody of Josey with her former husband, Ryan Dorsey, whom she divorced in 2018.
