Coconut flaxseed smoothie

Ingredients

¼ medium sweet potato, steamed with skin
½ cup dandelion greens, steamed (no stems)
1 scoop Cacao powder with mushrooms (Madre Lake CocoCeps) or 1 Tbsp
NibMor drinking chocolate – 2 New Chapter LifeShield capsules
1 scoop Manitoba Harvest chocolate protein
4 ounces Vita Coco plain coconut water
4 ounces unsweetened almond milk (split into 2 2oz servings)
¼ avocado or 1 tbsp hemp seed oil
½ tsp cinnamon
Optional: ice cubes

Method

In a Vita-Mix, add all liquids EXCEPT 2 ounces of almond milk and avocado/oils, blend quickly. Add sweet potato, greens and protein powder (and optional ice cubes); blend.

Add spices and CocoCeps or Cacao powder + open LifeShield capsules and empty powder into blender. Mix in blender until smooth, adding the remaining almond milk to desired consistency.

This is a thick smoothie, if desired thinner, then add additional filtered water or almond milk.
