Macca's is opening a world-first fries-only store in Sydney

McDonald’s is opening a fries-only concept store and Sydneysiders don’t know what to do with themselves.

Whether by Uber, cab, foot, bike or car, hell, go by horse and cart if you need to but jet to Glebe store as quick as you can on Fry-day May 27 for the official opening of ‘Fries With That.’ Because you all know there's going to be a line out the door as long as the Wall of China.

The world-first eatery will be open for three days only and is dedicated to showcasing Macca’s famous French fries with six new mouth-watering toppings and sauces to choose from.

Think Sour Cream and Sweet Chilli, Caesar, Pesto and Parmesan, Curry, Chipotle Cheese Sauce and Peri-Peri Cheese Sauce. Droooool!

That’s not even the best part… they won’t cost you a cent!

The Golden Arches are offering free fries to Sydney foodies to determine which one of the six flavours will be added to its Loaded Fries range, which already includes Gravy, Guacamole and Salsa, and Bacon and Cheese Sauce.

Those who can’t make the trip to the concept store don’t have to miss out entirely, you can still vote for your favourite French fry topping on their Macca’s Facebook page.

Macca's has been on a roll lately, pushing out their all day brekkie menu, coming out with wacky McFlurry flavours and even going digital.
