Chefs work their butts off all day preparing food, so it's no surprise they love letting off steam at the bar, sipping on their poison of choice.

In Sydney and Melbourne - there's no shortage of funky bars. Whether they're underground or on rooftops, holes in the wall or even part of a restaurant - bartenders in Oz know how to make a mean drink.

The ambience, decor and of course, drinks lists at these bars are obviously on point otherwise our top chefs wouldn't be recommending them.
